Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it — but you can still request a return or refund once it arrives, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To request a cancellation, please email contact@stylishoe.com and include your order number.
If You’re Not Satisfied
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we’ve received your return.
We will then let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (for example, your credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For PayPal, refunds may be received faster.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item is in new condition, you can exchange your clothing, shoes, or other product for a different size or color. You will still need to return the original item to us first.
