Order Processing

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Processing may take a little longer during busy periods, such as holidays, new launches, limited-edition releases, or periods of high order volume.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated shipping date. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund before the order is shipped.

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

Please note that all orders are shipped from China.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipping.

 

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can update the shipping address only before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Customers will not be required to pay any additional sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier-related fees when the package is delivered.
